{"id":2015,"date":"2023-01-04T10:52:02","date_gmt":"2023-01-04T09:52:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pole-medee.com\/correi\/?p=2015"},"modified":"2026-01-27T12:06:40","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T11:06:40","slug":"power-to-methane-appel-a-projets-demonstrateur-methanisation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pole-medee.com\/correi\/power-to-methane-appel-a-projets-demonstrateur-methanisation\/","title":{"rendered":"Power-to-m\u00e9thane : appel \u00e0 projets pour un d\u00e9monstrateur !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pour soutenir l\u2019\u00e9mergence du <strong>power-to-m\u00e9thane<\/strong> dans les territoires, GRDF et la R\u00e9gion Hauts-de-France&nbsp;sont \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019une unit\u00e9 de m\u00e9thanisation agricole pour accueillir un d\u00e9monstrateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le R\u00e9gion Hauts-de-France soutient cet appel \u00e0 projets via son initiative M\u00e9tha&rsquo;morphose qui regroupe les actions men\u00e9es sur les gaz verts par le CORBI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les phases de l&rsquo;appel \u00e0 projets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A ce jour, il n&rsquo;existe pas d&rsquo;installation de m\u00e9thanation biologique coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 une m\u00e9thanisation agricole. Cette appel \u00e0 projet vise \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise en service de ce type d&rsquo;installations et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier les synergies entre m\u00e9thanisation et m\u00e9thanation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les synergies envisag\u00e9es, on peut citer : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la <strong>r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la chaleur<\/strong> du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de m\u00e9thanation pour chauffer les cuves du m\u00e9thaniseur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l&rsquo;utilisation du digestat pour nourrir les micro-organismes du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de m\u00e9thanation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le recours \u00e0 la m\u00e9thanation comme proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9puration du biogaz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La phase 1<\/strong> de cet appel \u00e0 projets vise \u00e0 trouver une unit\u00e9 de m\u00e9thanisation agricole en mesure d&rsquo;accueillir un d\u00e9monstrateur de m\u00e9thanation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La phase 2 <\/strong>de cet appel \u00e0 projets s&rsquo;adressera aux entreprises et fournisseurs de syst\u00e8me de m\u00e9thanation biologique capables de r\u00e9aliser un tel d\u00e9monstrateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les modalit\u00e9s de la phase 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La phase 1 de l&rsquo;appel \u00e0 projet <strong>\u00ab\u00a0M\u00e9thanation biologique coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 la m\u00e9thanisation agricole en Hauts-de-France\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>consiste \u00e0 identifier une unit\u00e9 de m\u00e9thanisation agricole pour accueillir un d\u00e9monstrateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9p\u00f4t des candidatures : du<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-palette-color-2-color\"> 2 janvier 2023 au 17 f\u00e9vrier 2023<\/mark><\/strong> \u00e0 16h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-button-group stk-block-button-group stk-block stk-9e6af81\" data-block-id=\"9e6af81\"><style>.stk-9e6af81{margin-bottom:25px !important}<\/style><div class=\"stk-row stk-inner-blocks has-text-align-center stk-block-content stk-button-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-button stk-block-button has-text-align-center stk-block stk-bccb3f9\" data-block-id=\"bccb3f9\"><a class=\"stk-link stk-button stk--hover-effect-darken\" href=\"https:\/\/innovation.grdf.fr\/statics\/filemanager\/AAP_phase1_M%C3%A9thanation%20biologique_HDF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span class=\"stk-button__inner-text\">Plus d&rsquo;informations<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le site de m\u00e9thanisation agricole doit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>se trouver en R\u00e9gion Haut-de-France.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>injecter du biom\u00e9thane dans le r\u00e9seau de distribution exploit\u00e9 par GRDF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>disposer d&rsquo;espace libre pour accueillir un d\u00e9monstrateur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous \u00eates agriculteur en Hauts-de-France et votre exploitation est en mesure d\u2019accueillir un d\u00e9monstrateur ? Soyez acteur de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en vous portant candidat \u00e0 cet appel \u00e0 projets !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les modalit\u00e9s de la phase 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La phase 2 de l&rsquo;appel \u00e0 projet <strong>\u00ab\u00a0M\u00e9thanation biologique coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 la m\u00e9thanisation agricole en Hauts-de-France\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> est maintenant disponible. Elle s&rsquo;adresse aux fournisseurs de syst\u00e8mes de m\u00e9thanation biologique, entreprises, association, institut public \/ laboratoire ou groupements des acteurs cit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9p\u00f4t des candidatures : du<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-palette-color-2-color\"> 23 janvier 2023 au 31 mars 2023<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, les objectifs de cet appel \u00e0 projet sont les suivants : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 de solutions de m\u00e9thanation biologique sp\u00e9cifiquement adapt\u00e9es au contexte de la m\u00e9thanisation \u00e0 la ferme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>explorer les synergies possibles entre la m\u00e9thanation et la m\u00e9thanisation \u00e0 la ferme (r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur, possibilit\u00e9 de remplacer l&rsquo;\u00e9puration par le m\u00e9thaneur &#8230;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>encourager la mise en \u0153uvre et la maturation d&rsquo;innovations permettant de r\u00e9soudre des challenges techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mettre en \u0153uvre rapidement une unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9monstration sur un site de m\u00e9thanisation agricole, dans le but de tester les innovations, r\u00e9aliser une campagne de mesures et valoriser les conclusions aupr\u00e8s de parties prenantes externes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>GRDF souhaite retenir au moins un projet de d\u00e9monstrateur technologique (passage \u00e0 TRL 7 \u00e0 8) visant la production de m\u00e9thane de synth\u00e8se \u00e0 partir de CO2 ou biogaz issu d&rsquo;une unit\u00e9 de production de biom\u00e9thane agricole. La dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;op\u00e9ration du d\u00e9monstrateur sera au minimum de 6 mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le laur\u00e9at retenu travaillera avec le producteur pour explorer les synergies possibles entre la m\u00e9thanation et la m\u00e9thanisation \u00e0 la ferme : la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur entre les \u00e9tapes des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, l\u2019utilisation du digestat pour nourrir les micro-organismes du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de m\u00e9thanation ou encore le remplacement total de l\u2019\u00e9puration par la m\u00e9thanation sont autant de pistes envisag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participation financi\u00e8re de la R\u00e9gion Hauts-de-France<\/strong> : jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 250 k\u20ac dans le cadre du dispositif FRATRI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participation financi\u00e8re de GRDF<\/strong> : 250 k\u20ac jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 60% des co\u00fbts.
